"Bags showed up fast, honestly surprised"
My bags came out really quick, so I was happy at first. I was ready to complain if anything went wrong, but nope, everything was fine. No bag issues at all.

"Delays, cancellation, and now I’m expecting compensation"
This trip with Air Caraïbes was really frustrating. My flight was delayed on the way there and again on the way back, and then my return flight got cancelled at the last minute. The staff didn’t explain much, so everyone was just standing around confused and waiting for updates. I did eventually get home, but the whole experience was stressful and badly handled. After all that wasted time and inconvenience, I definitely expect some kind of compensation

The flight was comfortable... more than I expected. The cabin felt clean, the seats were decent, and the entertainment worked without any issues. There were enough movies and shows to keep me busy, so the time went by faster. Food was okay, not amazing, but totally fine for a flight. Overall, I had a good experience with Air Caraibes!

"Quick help when I kinda needed it"
I had to change a flight detail and expected it to be a hassle, but customer service got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was nice and kinda made the whole thing easy instead of complicated. I’m happy with the help I got.

"Disappointing payment experience"
I was disappointed with how the booking went. The page froze on me twice, and even though I wasn’t sure the payment had worked, it ended up going through later anyway. It made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be.
